We are taking precautions in line with local, state, and national authorities guidelines to make sure we are acting in the best interests of our employees, customers, contractors and guests. The current precautions we have put in place do not affect our capability to deliver services or our customer’s ability to access their equipment. If the COVID-19 (Coronavirus) outbreak escalates to a level where it’s wise or required to restrict access to our site, we will take additional steps to make sure our people, our customers and their infrastructure remain safe. Possible changes may result in us putting additional protocols or restrictions in place. However, we are focused on providing our customers with reliable data center services and stand ready to act and maintain the operational uptime our customers have come to expect from RACK59.

We are committed to proactively keeping our customers and their teams informed. If we expect any impact to their operations within our data center, our operations team will contact customers directly via email to discuss the impact and details of any such change in process or policy.
